Except for these standard solutions, Modulbau offers prefabricated bathroom pods with individual designs based on the Customer order. This allows to produce prefabricated bathroom pods of any shape, design and purpose.
Bathroom Pod Dimensions
Prefabricated bathroom pods drawings are developed by the design team based on parameters specified by the Customer with account for sanitary facilities design codes. Prefabricated bathroom pods may have different sizes depending on general design of a multiple dwelling units.
Parameters of Finishing
Internal finishing is made using high quality domestic and imported materials: ceramic tiles, ceramic stoneware tiles, marble etc. Complex design concepts can also be implemented.
Sanitary Installations and Components
Individual designing of prefabricated bathroom pods allows to develop interiors to fit every taste. Classic toilets, bidets, wall-mounted toilets with installations and hygienic showers of 50 + manufacturers.
Lighting and Cabling
Electrical installation of power sockets and lighting is performed as per Electrical Installation Code in force (PUE 6 and 7) with account for Construction Rules and Regulations (SNiP) applicable to sanitary facilities. Additional potential equalization system is provided in our prefabricated bathroom pods.
Ventilation
Connection of prefabricated bathroom pods to main air ducts or shafts is performed with a flexible semi-rigid aluminum air duct 100 mm in diameter. Rubber seals used provide for leakproofness of all connections.
Additional options
Construction technologies are now at their peak. Accessories kitting up prefabricated bathroom pods are installed as per the Customer specification: heated floors leaks monitoring systems, hand dryers, washing machines, furniture, to mention just the few.
